Tinker Bell is the fairy you need when you have a pot or kettle that needs fixing. She uses her special hammer to get any dented or crumpled pan in shape. But then one day she loses her hammer and won't tell anyone about it. All the other fairies think Tinker Bell has lost her talent.

Create a Fairy
If you visit Disney's official website for the Tinker Bell movie, you'll find a section where you can create, customize, and name your own fairies. You can create up to three. However, you'll need to create an account before you can get started.You can choose a special ability for your fairy, but the most fun is choosing your fairy's appearance and giving her a cute outfit. You can also decorate a house for her once you're finished.
Apart from printing out your fairy, I'm not sure what all you can do with her. However, apparently you can "visit" other fairies people have made, add them as friends, and leave messages for them.
